Some people like to stretch before they start their workout and then again after; others prefer stretching at the end of each session. Either way, make sure you’re doing some form of exercise-appropriate stretching so your muscles don’t get too tight or sore!
Stretching feels great for me because it helps with muscle relaxation which is something I need after a workout to be able to sleep as well.
